Third Jimerson Birr Partner Recognized Among State’s Legal Elite

Jacksonville, Fla. – June 22, 2020 – Jimerson Birr partner C. Ryan Maloney joined an esteemed group of attorneys recognized as Florida’s Legal Elite™ by Florida Trend Magazine and is the third partner at the firm to earn the distinction. This year’s list of 1,071 honorees represents just over one percent of the active Florida Bar members, including attorneys in private practice as well as top government and non-profit attorneys who practice in Florida.
While it is the first year Maloney has been honored, it is the fourth year for shareholder partner, James O. “Joby” Birr, III, who is also included in the 2020 list. Managing shareholder Charles B. Jimerson is also a multiyear recipient.
Florida Trend annually invites all actively practicing Florida lawyers to name the attorneys that they hold in highest regard – lawyers with whom they have personally worked and would recommend to others. After 17 years, the peer-reviewed resource listing has become known to include the best lawyers in the state, according to its publisher David Denor.
