Overview
Ty Robare is an Attorney at Jimerson Birr, where he first started as a summer associate in May of 2022. Mr. Robare works on a wide range of general commercial litigation matters, including banking, professional services, judgment collection, and eminent domain litigation, both residential and commercial.
In May 2023, Mr. Robare earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, cum laude. With this degree, he became a Triple Gator, having previously received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the Warrington College of Business Administration and a Master’s in International Business from the Hough Graduate School of Business.
Previously, Mr. Robare worked as a summer associate for Harris Harris Bauerle Lopez in Winter Springs, Florida, focusing on residential and commercial eminent domain cases, focusing on estate takings and business damage valuations. As a law student, he was a Founding Member and Student Works Editor of the Florida Entertainment and Sports Law Review, Vice-President of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society, and Vice-President of the Student Bar Association.
Mr. Robare’s dual passions for transformative leadership practices and personal advocacy developed throughout high school, deepened in college, and took root in his early work experiences. During his undergraduate experience at the University of Florida, he was a Founding Father and rechartering Vice-President of Sigma Phi Epsilon (Florida Alpha), Internal Affairs Chairman in the Office of the Student Body President, a Student Senator representing the College of Business Administration, Chairman of the Reitz Union Board of Managers, and a member of various Presidential Committees on behalf of past UF President W. Kent Fuchs.
After college, Mr. Robare joined the executive team at SigEp’s National Headquarters in Richmond, Virginia as a traveling Regional Director responsible for 25 chapters in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Missouri, specializing in executive training, recruiting, and organizational auditing. Shortly thereafter, he departed to join the faculty at Ditmas Park Middle School in Brooklyn, New York as a Lead Teacher for 6th and 7th grade mathematics. Collectively, these experiences magnified his interest in advocacy and led to his eventual career path in the law.
Mr. Robare was born and raised in Sanford, Florida, which is due north of Orlando. Following law school, he and his wife moved to Jacksonville, Florida in 2023. Together, they love to explore the Jacksonville restaurant scene, antique, spend time with their Goldendoodle, and go to the beach. Additionally, Mr. Robare enjoys traveling for live music, podcasting, and watching films.
