Overview
Maxwell A. Salain is an attorney at Jimerson Birr who joined the firm in 2021. Mr. Salain handles matters involving corporate and transactional advisement, corporate financing, commercial and residential leasing, commercial and residential real estate transactions, and land use and zoning.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Salain was an entrepreneur. Mr. Salain co-founded and managed an animal hospital, spearheaded the development of an express service department for a luxury car dealership, and acted as a business operations consultant for several life sciences, technology, and veterinary companies. As an entrepreneur, Mr. Salain has an intimate understanding of the issues and challenges facing his clients. This experience allows him to provide valuable insight to help his clients tackle issues and meet their goals.
Mr. Salain was born and raised in Indiana before transplanting to Florida to attend Florida Gulf Coast University and launch his first business. Thereafter, Mr. Salain earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, cum laude.
Mr. Salain resides in Saint Johns with his wife, Sarah, and their dogs Koa and Oakley. In his spare time, Mr. Salain enjoys spending time outdoors. He enjoys boating, fishing, golfing, spending time at the beach and traveling with his wife, and sharing his love for aviation by taking friends and family for flights.
